Pastor Parrish is the founding pastor of Church of Destiny (2003). He is a graduate of Victory Bible Institute of Tulsa, OK. After his graduation, Pastor helped build several youth groups, drama teams, and served as Assistant Chaplain at Kentucky State Penitentiary. 

Pastor Parrish is married to Angela, who is instrumental in helping with the ministry of the church. Together, they have six beautiful children.
